All payments made to HomeLight Services are non-refundable. Once a service has been scheduled or completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Payments for services are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via cash, check, credit card.

You must provide a minimum of 24 hour notice if you wish to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Failure to provide proper notice may result in a charge or forfeit of any deposits.
